Courtney Burleigh is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who has worked with a wide variety of adults and adolescents struggling with body image issues, depression, shame, social anxiety, relationship conflict, “food addiction,” perfectionism, and identity challenges. Prior to transitioning to Parker Family Care, Courtney worked in multiple residential treatment centers serving individuals and adolescents suffering from eating disorders and addiction behaviors. She is passionate about using a holistic approach by challenging unhelpful patterns, cultivating self-worth, and identifying one’s intrinsic values. Courtney hopes to be a witness in your healing journey, and desires to equip you with the self-trust to weather the storm you are currently in.

Courtney practices various therapeutic models, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and faith-based approaches. In her spare time, Courtney enjoys hiking, snowboarding, and spending time with her husband and loveable Australian Shepherd, Sawyer.
