Jodi Reffel is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Regis University. With nearly 15 years of experience in providing therapy, her career has spanned Corrections, Crisis Intervention and General Mental Health counseling. Depression, anxiety, personality disorders and crisis/suicide intervention are just a few topics she specializes in. She enjoys individual and group therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy and teaching others the art of mindfulness and emotion regulation.

Empowering her patients to make the changes that need to be made, to improve one’s quality of life, is always at the forefront of her mind. She brings compassion and empathy to each session and was once described as “…a bulldozer with pillows on the edges…she carefully pushed me through the tough parts of therapy…”

When Jodi isn’t working, she enjoys being outdoors, working out, cooking and spending time with her husband and three children.
