If you are a new patient, or an existing patient that had to have their login info reset, please remember to click the orange “activate your account here” button.
By logging into yourhealthfile, you are able to: review recent patient labs, email your provider, and access medical records.
Begin by going to www.yourhealthfile.com or click “Patient Portal” at the top menu.
