It is the patient’s responsibility to verify with their insurance company whether or not we are in-network.

* HMO’s require a PCP; if Dr. West or Dr. Deuser is not listed on your insurance card or as “in-network,” we cannot see you.

* We are not contracted with any Medicaid plan. We are unable to see you as a medical patient if you have any Health First Colorado (Medicaid) coverage. We cannot bill you as cash pay if you have Medicaid in any form.

Closed for lunch every day from 12:00 P.M. – 1:00 P.M.
Closed on Mondays from 12:00 P.M. – 1:30 P.M. and on the first Monday of each month from 12:00 P.M. – 2:00 P.M.
